Meet Gabrielle
Gabrielle Brick is an educator in cellular intelligence whose work has long been devoted to one central question:
What allows life to return to coherence?
For years, her teaching has helped women restore biological coherence in a fragmented wellness culture by looking beyond symptoms and into the deeper conditions that shape healing. Her work lives at the intersection of nourishment, nervous system regulation, relational physiology, and regenerative health.
But long before Kitties & Cacao™ had a name, those same principles were quietly shaping the way Gabrielle lived.
They shaped the way she cared for animals.
The way she fed cats.
The way she responded to rescue.
The way she listened for what life was asking of her.
And the kinds of spaces she was always drawn to create.
Kitties & Cacao™ is not a departure from her work.
It is one of its most natural expressions.
A life shaped by healing
Gabrielle’s path into this work did not begin with a business plan.
It began with grief, questions, and a refusal to accept the surface-level explanations she was given about health, whether for animals or humans.
In the mid-1990s, after her cat died of stomach cancer, she began asking a question that would alter the course of her life:
How does a cat get stomach cancer.
That question led her into holistic animal care, raw feeding, and a much deeper inquiry into what true vitality requires. Not long after, similar questions led her into her own healing journey, where nutrition, sobriety, and regenerative living began to restore her life from the inside out.
Those years became the foundation of everything that followed.
They also taught her something essential:
Healing is not only about what we remove.
It is about the conditions we create.
Safety.
Nourishment.
Relationship.
Environment.
Presence.
That philosophy would later become central not only to her work in cellular intelligence but to the sanctuary itself.
Cats, cacao, and coherence
For more than twenty years, cacao has also been part of Gabrielle’s path.
It first entered her life at the beginning of her healing journey and quickly became more than a daily ritual. It became a companion. A heart opener. An alchemical friend. Over time, cacao also became part of her creative and professional life through heirloom, handmade chocolate, cacao elixirs, and gatherings rooted in warmth, presence, and connection, long before cacao became widely mainstream.
Cats were arriving all along the way.
Through rescues.
Through adoptions.
Through abandoned animals.
Through the quiet persistence of lives that needed care.
Over time, these paths became impossible to separate.
Cats taught Gabrielle about trust, sensitivity, the subtle nuances of energy, and the intelligence of living systems.
Cacao deepened her relationship to heart, ritual, and the kinds of spaces where people soften, reconnect, and remember who they were before life took hold. Her work in biological coherence gave language to what she had been living for years:
